All motel units contain air conditioning and heat, color cable television with remote control, direct dial in-room telephone, refrigerator, microwave oven and tub with shower. All motel efficiency kitchenettes also include 2 burner cooktop, full fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and utensils.

All housekeeping units come with full refrigerator, four-burner cooktop (only NA & NG have stoves with ovens), microwave oven, automatic drip coffeemaker, deck/patio with picnic table and outdoor charcoal barbecue grill. All housekeeping units also contain air conditioning and heat, color cable television with remote control, direct dial in-room telephone, and tub with shower.

Lake George Dock Space Rentals
Dock Space must be reserved in advance and is based on availability. These terms apply to both personal and rental boats
Docks fees include on-site trailer parking however, there is NO ON-SITE BOAT LAUNCH.

- Under 20 ft. – $25/day or $150/week
- 20 – 25 ft. – $30/day or $180/week
- Over 25 ft. – $45/day or $275/week
- Jet Skis – $10/day or $60/week
